The most affordable apartments for sale in this Benidorm skyscraper are found from the 1st floor to the 22nd floor, while those between the 38th and 45th floors, where the famous diamond is located, are the most luxurious. In recent years, the SVP Global fund, owner of the building since the end of 2017, has decided to give the property a facelift to bring the properties up to date with current demand. The refurbishment project, which started in November 2019, has been developed by the developer Uniq Residential and the construction company Dragados, and includes a total of 256 luxury homes and 13,000 m2 of communal spaces, including a gym and a wellness area on the top two floors of the building. It is located on Benidorm's west beach and is 198 metres high (200.2 metres if the roof towers are added) and has a total of 47 floors. Work on the building, which was one of the icons of the financial crisis in Spain, began in 2006, and finally in 2021, Intempo in the Alicante seaside town of Benidorm will open its doors.
